General Irwin McDowell's Federal Army advancing against
General P.G.T Beauregard's Confederate Army clash at
Blackburn's Ford on the Bull Run Creek. The Confederate troops
are under the immediate control of
General Pete Longstreet. The
Union troops are under Colonel I.B. Richardson. The Confederate
repulse the Federals and McDowell decides to change tactics and
flank the Confederates.
